Because I’m going to Grayton Beach (loaded with UVs and the sound of waves), my favorite winter destination, tomorrow thru the beginning of the new year. Black Santa who is quite worn out by his peragrational activity of late may be taking the trip also.

FYI: The industrial lot across from Morgan Park Place is for sale. They are starting the bid at 500k. The purchase will iclude the ind. lot and the lot behind it with a good size house. Someone needs to find an investor/ developer who will put a restaurant, coffe house, bakery or bookstore in there.
So I guess you have work to do;)
