Why in hades would the then Presidential candidate David Palmer select Noah Daniels (Powers Boothe) as his Vice-Presidential candidate? Based on what we know about Palmer (at least before tonight’s rather surprising ending), he would not be all that attracted to the super-hawkish Daniels.

Apparently my crystal ball was broken, or, I’m definitely a false prophet..
The Salem’s Lots Department of Accountability informs me that I need to come clean about some predictions I made a few weeks ago. It seems that I fearlessly predicted that Florida would NOT repeat as the NCAA Men’s basketball champions. D’oh!

Opening day, or, if I was king of the world (or maybe Fred Thompson)
