Sanjaya will live on for three or four more weeks and continue to draw most of the attention. After tonight, in his white suit and feeble rendition of ‘Dancing Cheek to Cheek’ (his talent or lack of same at this point is irrelevant), the best way to top himself is to don a Bugs Bunny costume and sing that opening song to the Looney Tunes Medley..’on with the show, this is it….’
Lakisha was the best tonight, even though Melinda is clearly the most talented. Haley’s version of ‘Ain’t Misbehaving’ was a little all over the map, and at times showed no comprehension what the song was really about. I’m afraid Haley and her legs are almost off the show. Oddly enough, Gina might be voted off tonight, but Haley deserves it (with the understanding that Sanjaya is in a category of his own).
The maroons of American Idol picked the tressed-sub-crooner to be on the show, and they are finally getting what they deserved for not picking the most talented 24 singers. Besides, I’m still bitter that Tami Gosnell didn’t get picked!

Phil is safe tonight. Gina and Haley are definitely bottom 2 tonight. Oddly enough, Lakisha may be in some trouble. Phil will go in the next two weeks.
